Dans un petit jardin secret à l’abri de l’agitation urbaine et ouvert sur le ciel, venez passer un moment privilégié de bien-être et de poésie. Dans cet îlot de biodiversité, nous prendrons le temps d’observer, d’écouter, de respirer, de méditer et de rêver. Un moment de communion avec la nature, avec vousmêmes et avec les autres dans un cadre idyllique.

Matériel: Veuillez apporter un tapis de yoga, un coussin de méditation et de l’eau pour vous hydrater. Prévoir une tenue vestimentaire souple et confortable et une protection pour le soleil, si nécessaire.

Poetic meditation and creative activity in open air. Join us to share a special moment of well-being and poetry in a small secret garden away from urban agitation. On this island of biodiversity, we will take the time to listen and watch, to breathe, meditate and dream. A moment of deep connection with nature, yourself and others in an idyllic location.

Material: Please bring a yoga mat, a meditation cushion, and water to stay hydrated. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring sun protection if needed.
